I created the branding for TOMSON, a Chinese restaurant serving some of the tastiest food in Cape Town, located on trendy Bree Street.The identity is inspired by the mantra Eat Drink Man Woman, referencing the film of the same title, as well as Andrew, the owner’s father, whose name informed the brand. A simple typographic logo, complemented by sides of illustrations and large format restaurant artwork. The identity was designed to be flexible, unpretentious and adaptable across a variety of applications and easily rolled out internally.
