This internal book is designed to help both current and new employees understand Chargetrip’s core values. Previously this information was all scattered around Notion. unapproachable, and text-heavy making it difficult for employees to view and digest. Thisnew code of conduct design is intended to be visually appealing, easy to read, and encourages employees to engage with the content in a fun and interesting way. The booklet needed to align with Chargetrip's rebrand. Using the footer element as well as internal images from previous work retreats.
